ESFOUR ENGINEERING WORKS started as a family owned organizations and was begun in 1980 by a group of young and dynamic entrepreneurs and qualified engineers.

Supported by a reputed and highly flourishing business class families with experience technocrats in various fields.

The four main founders of the company all the names starting with “S” and hence the name of the company is Esfour

At present the group has diversified and emerged in to many separate and completely independent units which are serving to the industries with different products and under various names of which some of them are as under,

Apart from ESFOUR ENGINEERING WORKS, the names of few other companies are

• Britex Engineering Works
• Tube Turn India Pvt. Ltd
• Inter-Tech Fittings (I) Pvt. Ltd.

And others.

In the beginning the company was engaged mainly in manufacturing of process plant and equipment.

Initially the main product was Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Mixers and Agitators were manufactured for many reputed public sector and private sector companies in India such as Reliance Industries Ltd., National Peroxide, Nagarjun Fertilizers, Glaxo India Ltd., Alfa Laval etc.

Later with some diversification in products such as pipe fittings, machineries, piping and Aluminum fabrication the company has grown in experience and business.

Many critical equipment were manufactured for Aerospace department of Larsen & Toubro, Mumbai, which were mainly engaged in activities for Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre ( VSSC ) for five to six years.

In pipe fittings higher sizes of elbows and tees manufactured for refineries and petro chemical industries in India and Middle East countries.

The largest size of elbows manufactured was 60” NB, 30 mm. thickness Carbon steel for Panipat Refinery in India

Cladded Elbows with 45 mm. thickness manufactured by hot pressing.

The fittings are manufactured with material like 904L, Titanium, Hastalloy, P11, Duplex, Super Duplex etc.

Other material such as Inconel were used for fabrication of Aerospace equipment.
